Incident and Response Database
The Monterey CBRN Incident and Response Database is a joint effort of the Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS) and the Monterey Terrorism Research and Education Program (MonTREP). Created in 2005, the database includes over 500 incidents - from 1900 to 2005 - involving the acquisition, possession, threat, and use of chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear agents by sub-state actors in the United States. MonTREP continually updates the Database by monitoring hundreds of sources - including news services, academic journals, government reports, conference reports, and websites, among others.
